In today’s critique Craig looks at an in studio, formal portrait. Craig talks about developing rapport with the portrait subjects and discusses several ways of getting your portrait subjects to relax in front of the camera. Craig also talks about posing and body language. Craig looks at lighting and gives several tips for working with a basic studio portrait lighting set up including an accent light trick using multiple shots and layers in Photoshop. Craig also talks about color theory relative to managing the color of a studio backdrop.
