Death Valley National Park Workshop Opening
 Posted: February 7th, 2009 @ 9:49am

| | | We have a last minute opening on our Death Valley National Park workshop February 21st - 27th, 2009. Death Valley National Park is one of Craig's favorite places to teach landscape photography. This stunningly beautiful park is home to sixteen mountain ranges, some of the highest sand dunes in North America, the most dramatic elevation changes in the Western Hemisphere and is considered by many people to be the world's most visually dramatic desert landscape. We know the park extremely well. This workshop will be Craig's 9th time to teach a week long workshop in the park.
This workshop will include location specific presentations and assignments for every location we photograph. We will also be making time in our daily schedule for an editing lab where both Craig and Marti will be available to help you, one on one, in both the image selection process and in finishing your images inside of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop. Craig will also be offering an optional session in the field where he will walk a small group of participants through his landscape scouting process and identify the shots he is pre-visualizing.
For each of our 2009 National Park workshops we will also be publishing, exclusively for you, a hard cover, coffee table quality book featuring a compilation of each participant's best work from the workshop shooting sessions. We will make that book available to you after the workshop has ended. We will do all of the work to get the book printed and you can order as many copies as you would like at our cost.
If you would like to take this space please send us an email using this form.

“The Death Valley National Park workshop was superb! I came out of it not only with great photos, but with improved photographic vision and techniques. Everything was excellent: The locations and outings, the instructions and demonstrations, and the individual photo critique. Craig created a great atmosphere in which we all learned from each other as well as from him… the teaching was supportive, skillful, and excellent. I would recommend this workshop enthusiastically to anyone looking to boost their landscape photography to the next level.“ -- Saul S. (Death Valley National Park Workshop participant 2008).
