The Mindful Eye’s Community Assignment # 2 – “Parking Lot”

In today’s Photo of the Week on the Daily Critique Craig looks at images from The Mindful Eye’s community assignment # 2 – “Parking Lot”. The Photo of the Week was created by April and is a beautiful landscape based image. Craig discusses visual design elements of April’s image that help to create a strong sense of story. Craig discusses how color depth, tonal depth, quality of light, rhythm, and implied movement from subject to subject all work together to create a strong sense of place, a strong illusion of visual depth, and a strong feeling of emotional depth. The TME team wants to say a big thank you to all of you who participated in the “Parking Lot” assignment.
