Daily Critique

"Sharon from Ontario, Canada" by Craig Tanner

Posted: October 27th, 2008 @ 12:01am

In today’s critique Craig discusses how the average viewer of a photograph makes the visual journey through our images based on the relative visual weight of some of the most basic components of a composition. Craig also discusses how shooting just a part of a landscape scene can increase the viewer’s interest. Rhythm, complimentary color, and quality of line are other visual design elements which are discussed.
