The Mindful Eye’s Community Assignment # 14 – "Shallow Depth of Field"
 Posted: September 4th, 2009 @ 12:01am

In this week’s Photo of the Week on the Daily Critique Craig discusses a beautiful still life photograph submitted for TME’s Community Assignment #14 and discusses the following:
- using shallow depth of field to abstract a subject and tell an extraordinary subject about an ordinary subject
- archetypes and anthropomorphism
- red and green as complimentary colors and the psychological power of red and black as a color combination
- Craig looks at other great images from the Shallow Depth of Field assignment
- The TME team says a big thank you to everyone who participated in Community Assignment #14
