In this week’s Photo of the Week on the Daily Critique Craig looks at a beautiful macro photograph submitted for TME’s Community Assignment #17 / Shooting for the Square - and discusses the following:
- the visual power of color separation
- creating color depth by having a visual “sea level” in the form of a neutral grey, white, and or black in the image
- designs that create by tension by moving slightly away from perfect unity or closure
