In this week’s Photo of the Week on the Daily Critique Craig looks at a beautiful photograph submitted for TME’s Community Assignment #22 (The Road) and discusses the following:
- the power of backlight in this composition
- repetition on both the x and y axis of the image
- the framing of the small tree in the middleground and the triad of implied movement that the subject of the small tree makes with the runner and monument
- the visual power of the moment and the implied shape of the runner
