Daily Critique

"John from Denmark" by Craig Tanner

Posted: November 6th, 2008 @ 12:01am

In today’s critique Craig talks about quality of light for shooting macro subjects. Craig discusses using depth of field and color theory to create separation from main subject to background. Craig also discusses adding noise and local contrast into areas that have been blurred in post processing to make those areas look more believable. Cropping based on the major diagonals is also discussed.
