In today’s Daily Critique Craig looks at a strong landscape photograph and discusses the following:

- challenging ourselves as photographers to work with non-traditional qualities of light

- Chiaroscuro as a quality of light

- shooting just a part of a subject to move away from the literal to more of the abstract or extraordinary

- shutter speeds to simplify the surface of moving water

- being aware of diffraction

- avoiding the tops of waterfalls

- Canon Rebel EFL 65mm ISO 100 f18@ 1/6th
