Daily Critique

"Kevin from U.K." by Craig Tanner

Posted: November 17th, 2008 @ 12:01am

In today’s critique Craig discusses using the Lensbaby to create a portrait. Craig also discusses how centering our main subject can have a big effect on where we place the rest of the elements of visual design within the frame. Craig discusses simplifying and balancing the background, complimentary color, and applying a vignette mask to draw the eye to the main subject.
