In this week’s Photo of the Week on the Daily Critique Craig looks at a beautiful landscape photograph and discusses the following:

- composing within a rich tapestry or dense field of information

- using black and white or monochrome to simplify

- reducing chaos by choosing a section of the tapestry that has a potentially powerfully anchoring subject

- using layers of value from near to far (bright and dark) to simplify

- Nikon D300 EFL 52mm ISO 400 F13@ ¼ sec
