In today’s Daily Critique Craig looks at a beautiful still life photograph and discusses the following:

- techniques to maximize the use of IS and VR lenses

- unconventional in camera cropping

- composing for negative space shapes as well as positive space shapes

- working with curves in Adobe Photoshop to remove color casts and increase color depth

- Canon Rebel XTI F4.0 24-105mm IS zoom @ EFL of apx 135mm ISO 800 f11@ 1/125th
