In this week’s Photo of the Week on the Daily Critique Craig looks at a powerful partially abstracted landscape and discusses the following:
 
- the ways the image has been abstracted
 
- monochrome, shooting a part of the subject that emphasizes intrinsic qualities of the subject, and representing the shadow as a flat negative space shape
 
- defining and considering sequencing 
 
- both natural and unnatural
 
- considering style
