Posted: February 23rd, 2011 @ 12:01am

In today's Daily Critique in the Digital darkroom Craig looks at a portrait of a wild fox and discusses the following:

- quality of line and implied movement

- using Adobe Photoshop to emphasize the main subject in a subtle way

- using Adobe Photoshop to convert the image to black and white

- how he orders the layers and creates the blend when using parts of all three monochrome channels to covert to black and white

- Metadata - Canon Rebel, EFL apx. 620mm, ISO 800, f6.3@ 1/15th
