In today's Daily Critique in the Digital Darkroom Craig looks at a beautiful nature photograph and discusses the following:
 
- juxtaposing still with implied motion
 
- difference between pattern, repetition, and rhythm
 
- working with Adobe Photoshop CS5 to:
 
- create a virtual grey card
 
- using Curves and / or Color Balance to remove a global color cast
 
- using Selective Color to create more separation of color in the subject of the leaves
 
- Metadata - Nikon D700, EFL  34mm , ISO 200, f5.6@ 8 seconds
