In this week's Photo of the Week on the Daily Critique Craig looks at a powerful landscape photograph and discusses the following:
- the square crop and the formal symmetries in the image
- spokes on the wheel design
- richness of contrast
- texture and archetypal qualities of the anchoring rock
- finding inspiration in the image to play with the concept of very long exposures that juxtapose the static with the high energy of implied movement
