"Roland from England" by Craig Tanner

Posted: December 11th, 2008 @ 12:01am

In Today’s critique Craig talks about cropping to achieve balance. Craig talks about considering both positive and negative space shapes when it comes to cropping to achieve visual harmony and balance. Craig also talks about cropping in anticipation of how the new dimensions of the image will have an effect on overall subject placement and harmony. Craig also talks about multiple levels of rhythm. Craig also discusses the beauty of the suggestion of the muted green / gold color pair in this image.
