Assignments

Our first of many Assignments !

We are excited to announce an "Assignments" board which has been added to the "Share Your Work" category of our community forum. This is something we have been wanting to do for a while.

Assignments are a great way to become more conceptual and ultimately more creative !!!

For now we will announce a new assignment for each month. At the end of each assignment we will produce a short video showcasing the best of for that month.

Since December is a crazy month for people this assignment will run until February first. You can submit as many images as you would like.

The assignment for this month is "The Movies". The idea for this assignment is to create a still image that is inspired by a movie. You can simply draw on the title of the movie as a concept or you could draw on a scene from the movie, or a lighting style, or color scheme. In other words anything about the movie or the the title of the movie could be an inspiration or provide the concept for your shot.

When submitting your shot please include the movie title, the director's name, the year it was released, and the film genre.
