Albert, welcome to the community! I like the cat's expression - I think he's wondering what's going to happen next and is he going to have to get up suddenly and make a run for it!

The flash made his eyes look interesting and almost transparent, like you said. I also like that the dog's presence is indicated, so we don't have to imagine the exact "threat" that the cat seems to be wondering about.

I think there is more fun to be had with this shot. For example, I tried a crop of just the cat, and then a 180 rotation to make it appear that it was glued to the ceiling, looking down. Your imagination would probably do better. At least it's good to have plenty of options from a single shot.
