| Tree in the Window | March 11, 2012 @ 7:28pm | I like how in each of these two images there is a tree reflected in one of the panes. I could not see this from my angle. I was holding the camera up as high as I could, on tiptoes even, relying on live view to frame these 2nd floor beauties. Pleasant surprise when I got home.

BTW, if you have a monopod, you could use it to raise your camera! Or perhaps even a tripod with legs together. It'd take more than one try, of course - but since it's digital, all the ones that didn't work can be deleted.
I keep meaning to try it with my monopod, but don't seem to remember to drag out the monopod when I leave with the camera.

| March 12, 2012 @ 10:19am | Thank you both for commenting. Right Flo. Sometines a tripod or monopod can help in raising the camera to get a better perspective. I loved the early G series Canons for the view screen that you could tilt to make this possible.
I understand that they brought this back.
Unfortunately I did not have a tripod with me.
