| May 13, 2012 @ 6:43am | I hope it hasn't contaminated the landscape too much - maybe the person who ditched it chose to drain out the gasoline, oil, tranny fluid, etc - but probably not.
It's sad to see something go to waste like this. It could have been taken to a junk dealer who would have recycled it or its parts.
I like your lower point of view and how you arranged the composition so that the clouds point toward your subject.

| May 13, 2012 @ 7:27am | Lovely tones and depth to the photograph. I like the clouds as they are almost a halo around the cab of the truck and I really like the tonal gradation as the hills fade into the distance on the left side. Very nice. Dave

Flo, I understand your concerns for the possibility of environmental damage. I see this old farm equipment abandoned and sitting around old barns and in fields all over the west. Just out of the frame to the left is another old ford truck and a run down barn, with more ancient farm equipment on the other side.
