I know that Marti Jeffers is a great lover of motion blur techniques in photography. William Neill, a very well known landscape photographer, has published a new book consisting exclusively of motion blur photos. my whole life is a blur Tongue

God made two great lights; the sun to rule by day and the moon to rule by night. He also made the stars.
