| Breaking Through | March 8, 2009 @ 7:31pm | Interesting the force of nature that can drive these shoots through the dark of last year's dead leaves.

Wish they were a little sharper. 4 and 5 seconds to take because of the light and stopping down.

| March 9, 2009 @ 7:43am | The 2nd one is an environmental shot and shows the size of these buds. I prefer the 1st because it is an art image. But both are beautiful images.
I might try playing with a crop down from the top to make the 1st one almost square. Since the buds are centered horizontally, this crop would also center them vertically.
