| Please think of Flo... | June 24, 2009 @ 11:29am | I just found out that Flo's husband is critically ill (won't give details) and wanted to alert all who know Flo. I hope we can all pull together and send healing intentions for Bob (her husband) and much support to Flo as a friend and care giver. Flo has become a dear friend of mine and I love her dearly, therefore, I feel very saddened about this.
Flo may not want me to do this, but I am afraid that my energies aren't strong enough on their own to help get her through this crisis. Many of us on TME know who Flo is and just how much she has cared for the folks on the community and just how much she has supported each of us, so lets send out energies and our love to her, "en mass".

Thank you so very much for posting this to the Community. It is times like this when we realize just how much of a "real community" we are. I appreciate you letting us know.
I know how much Flo believes in the positive energy from others. Whether you call it thoughts, intentions or prayers, it is all the same. Flo, I want you to know that I have you and Bob on my morning prayer, positive energy, thoughts list right now. I am sending all of these and hugs and love your way. Please let me know if there is anything at all that I can do during this difficult time.

With the love and the generosity of support you have shared in this community you have been an angel to all of us.
That makes it even harder for me to hear about Bob's illness. I can't stand the thought of you or anyone you love experiencing pain or illness.

| June 24, 2009 @ 9:38pm | Thank you all so very much! Bob can use all the prayers and healing energies beamed his way. I'm very grateful that you're all doing this for him - and me.
So far I'm doing well. Please remember, all of you, to learn lessons from those who have chosen to walk the path of not taking good care of themselves - and resolve to turn over a new leaf - and start taking care of yourselves, if you don't already!
Good nutrition and drink plenty of water - just plain water! Little if any junk food - that's mostly empty calories and precious little nutrition, in spite of all the hoopla of the ads. Leave diet drinks alone! Also, the rest of the soda family.
Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, raw and freshly cooked, will keep our physiologies alkaline and therefore much much healthier! Junk food and sodas are a quick trip down the acid road to illness and disease!
