I recently went to New York for the first time and did not like the experience, I realized that I am not a city type of person. Then I went to Central Park and fell in love with the place, it was in a word magical! and I if I lived there would never leave the place.

This shot was taken as I passed a large rock, and looked up to the see the possibility of the shot before you. I do not wander round shooting people like some kind of spy but I could not let that shot go, it was a magical moment and I grabbed the chance to get it.

Regards,

Danny

I love all of your black and white shots. I do believe that B/W does simplify pictures and your subjects worked well with that treatment.

Very nice series.

Thanks Wes,
I am sorry about posting so many up in one hit, I just wanted to get something out there.

I will get to work on a site soon and have a variety of my work there... eventuallySmile

No problem with the numbers for me, Danny. I just like to be inspired by the work of others. Looking forward to see your images. Thanks.

Wow, this is most interesting. I see swirls in the rocks below the couple echoed by the swirls in the branches and foliage above them. You have a great eye - but I wonder if you even noticed this when you made the image. In color, sometimes the forms and lines get obscured. So I'm glad you converted it to monochrome.
