Depressed or feeling blue, have a look at this beautiful plant and smile at the great pistil and the many stamens and their yellow color. Have a happy life!!!

So why am I not feeling calmer? Probably the electric energy of all those frenetic stamens. Very nice macro portrait, Wes.

My daughter has this in her garden. Now I have to go take a closer look, camera in hand of course. Thanks for posting.
