This is a lovely still life image. I can just see these sitting on a kitchen counter as the sun is coming up and peaking in the window. This would be great on a kitchen wall.

A picture taken from my grandmother's kitchen, Charlene. Beautifully composed. I really like the blur.

Just beautiful, Charlene! The composition is great, and also the B&W treatment - but what makes this extra special for me is the blur. Did you use the Clarity slider and then a slight Gaussian?

Yeah, it really is a nice B&W shot. It definitely belongs on the kitchen wall.

Hi Becky, Wes, Flo and Marty,

I used a Gaussian blur on a copy of the original layer and then used darken or multiply mode. (I can’t remember)Undecided

I’m glad you like it.
