Very colorful. I don't know this plant. Are those its leaves? Very ferny.

Yes, Flo, the fine leaves belong to the vine. My grandmother always had one growing up the side the kitchen window so she could watch the hummingbirds, without a digital camera, of course. The vine makes it look very wispy when fully grown.
