Is there a way to upload my photo from Flicker into the community? Do I have to use Photobucket?

Here is what worked.... Replace the two urls (flickr com and farmx.static...) with the URLs from the Show All Sizes page for your image on Flickr.

Those urls need to be plucked out of the box that has something like the following in it...
