| September 24, 2009 @ 7:51am | That is beautiful, whatever it is! Is this manmade or natural? It almost looks like it could be an abstract bronze sculpture.

| September 24, 2009 @ 10:08am | Well, heck, let's get this beauty up here on the thread so it immediately catches the eyes of others.

You didn't mention anything about the process you used to make your shot, but I like the black background and the lighting.

| September 24, 2009 @ 10:42am | Whatever it is, it is very intriguing and beautiful in a stylized way. I like it a lot and can see playing with it to create some surreal effects. Enjoy.

Go ahead and play with the images. I would ask that when you post them on other sites (such as Flikr, Photobucket, etc.) that you credit my photography. I would do the same for you! Other than that, I'm E Z T D B W. |

| Garden find | September 24, 2009 @ 3:10pm | I found this in the garden. It is fibrous and measures about 5 cms by 2. took it against a black background. it is slightly curved so stacked it with 6 shots to keep it in focus 50mm macro lens. enjoy Grahame |

I want to wear it...around my neck. It connects, somehow, to something very primal, and beautifully organic.
Perhaps it's the presentation on black that makes me think of adornment. The lighting and detail are exquisite.
