| October 5, 2009 @ 8:48am | Looks like the plant kingdom's version of a squid! Those tentacles look menacing - great capture, Michael.
If you take it to Adobe's Camera Raw, you can do a little split toning on it to introduce a tad of red. Just in the shadows, and leave the highlights alone. Then you'll have an image with green, blue and a hint of red. It may help give it more depth, too.

| October 5, 2009 @ 4:13pm | Interesting image, with its folds and curlicues. To my eye, the bright green background detracts a bit from the subject. You could try Flo's suggestions, or perhaps just a small curves adjustment might tone that down and pop the subject.
