My Apple keyboard has a Caps Lock key, but not a Number Lock key. So this chart is useless for me. Or do other Apple people know where it might be?

Here are my charts - these will work as well and might not be as complicated as the ones above. The codes in my charts will work for any computer, pc's or Apples.

Flo, Wes's characters are Windows-only. Your list is for putting these characters into web pages.

On the Mac go to the Finder and go to the Edit menu and select Special Characters. That should bring up all the extended characters that you can insert into your non-HTML documents.

Thanks, John! Surprising what hides inside a computer's innards, lol!

Edit: John, I just explored that stuff - it's too hard (for me) to use. When I want special characters, I want them for a web page, not for email or typing in forums. So that's just one feature of this laptop's software I'll ignore - but thanks anyway for making me aware of it.
