This was a fun image. I tried getting a sunburst effect using a flare filter.

I have no idea what that thing is but I like the picture. It look like oriental art work or something. Does it have any functionality other than for looks?

Your sunburst makes it look like it has some kind of special power.

The object, Curt, is a replica of a Japanese pagoda for the garden. It's possible to put a light inside the pagoda for an interesting effect after dark.

Wib, I really like this effect! Now all you need is a photo of it with a lit candle inside and that flare filter! Then you might have a nice diptych.

I like the tones in your photograph Wib. The composition is nice too. It looks magical. Good job with post processing. I like Flo's idea too!

Is it a toned B&W picture or a coloured one taken at dark?
Very nice shot.

Those lanterns represent man into the nature in the Gardening Japanese Art.
