Stephen, what a wonderful idea! April is truly one of the photographers whose work I greatly admire, without reservations.

And after reading the interview, and also from reading her thoughts on TME's forum, April isn't "just" a craftsperson - she's working from both heart and mind - and when she gets those two aspects of herself working together, then it's dynamite.

April - chapeau!

What a wonderful interview with "our own April". Thank you, Stephen, for doing this!! Thank you, April, for sharing your views and ideas on photography.

After reading this article, I'm struck by the passion and perseverance of those who really enjoy photography. April, you said it all and did it very well. Thanks for being an inspiration.

Go ahead and play with the images. I would ask that when you post them on other sites (such as Flikr, Photobucket, etc.) that you credit my photography. I would do the same for you! Other than that, I'm E Z T D B W.

I have to chime in with every one else, April. You have truly been an inspiration here on TME and my eyes pop open every time I see one of your posts. Stephen this has been a great read, so thank you for putting it all together.

I leave this post with more of a fondness for each of you and with many more thoughts about the positive parts of my own life and my photography.

Thank you both,

Wes

What a great idea and presentation. I am truly inspired by your passion and hope I can use this to improve both my approach to photography and my execution in the craft. Thanks

Hi everyone,

Stephen, I can't thank you enough for both this opportunity and the challenge, not to mention your patience. You took me on quite a journey, and I made some new discoveries along the way.

It's strange to feel so "exposed" through words instead of pictures. But thanks to Craig, Marti and everyone here, TME is one place where we can feel comfortable enough to take such risks! What a delight if it helps encourage someone else to stay with what they love to do.

Stephen, I'm looking forward to your next interview with another photographer! (Hint hint nudge nudge Smile )
