| Endangered Wood Silo, Wisconsin | January 3, 2009 @ 9:23am | Here is the latest shot for my Wisconsn silo project. Found this one travelling the backroads. Unfortunately, this interesting old wood silo is not long for the world. It survived the farm being burned by the feds when the farm was raided during the 20's when an illegal brewery operation was discovered, and survived a tornado in the 30's. However, age and a new house being build nearby means the silo is to be torn down this spring. Too bad.
Anyway, based on other comments on previous shots, I am trying to be a little less 'literal' in my shots and trying closer crops.
