What do I do if I never receive a confirmation email when I register?

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam email folder to see if the confirmation email is there.  If you have a filter that requires an email address or domain name be in your address book before you will accept the email, please make sure that the domain name TMELive.com is on your list of approved messages.

If you still do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via our contact form.

What does The Mindful Eye do when we receive a return email like the one directly below when we try to send you a confirmation email:

To control spam, I now allow incoming messages only from senders I

We apologize, but we must rely on you to make sure that the domain tmelive.com is in your approved list of domains from which you can receive email.   It is very difficult for us to respond to all of the emails we get asking us to respond due to  your spam filter.

What does The Mindful Eye do if we receive a return  email  telling us your email address does not exist  when we try to send you a membership confirmation email  ?

Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to try and track down invalid email addresses.  We must rely on you to make sure you gave us a valid address.

We receive many bounced  emails from addresses where people are either trying to register or asking that a password be reset.  Please make sure that the email account you give us when you register, or when you change it on your profile, is entered correctly and is an active email account.
