Another coneflower from my garden. This was right after a brief shower. The sun was breaking through creating a wonderful backlight. Combined with the water drops, the background reminds me of stained glass.

Stained glass - or watercolor. This is very beautiful. Your lens has really nice bokeh. But I can't figure out which of Lensbaby's optics you used!

Thanks, Flo. That was done with the Sweet 35 optic all the way open (F/2.8).

A poetical title for a beautiful picture, Steve.

I like the composition with the flower on the lower right corner. The colors are vivid and, with the sun coming through, they get a nice translucence. A luminous bokeh.

It recalls me chrurch stained glass ... and the translucent candies of all colors I used to love when I was a kid.

I really love this picture. Magnifique!

Wes - Thanks! I go months never taking the Lensbaby out. But I have been incredibly busy, and I find I can just go out into the garden for 30 minutes and play and surprise myself with this lens. When I take out my macro or another normal lens, I tend to start getting all technical and pulling out the tripod and takes 30 minutes to get one picture. With the lensbaby, I just let go and have fun - And shoot a dozen or more compositions in 1/2 an hour. Though I am too often disappointed when I put on the computer and find the focus just off.

Micheline, merci beaucoup! So, do you no longer love those colorful candies. Personally, I have not yet out ground my sweet-tooth.
