| Cloud Play №4 (Breath) | September 12, 2011 @ 7:03pm |
This was one of those rare images which needed very little post-processing. Simply look up, enjoy, and capture to share! I love when that happens.

| September 12, 2011 @ 9:50pm | | It is funny that you should choose this time to post a cloud image. I just returned from a hiking trip where I took many such images. But I have to say yours has an ethereal quality that none of mine have. I particularly like how your crop shows a transition from grey-slightly dark to lighter clusters. Let the fluff and wisp and streaks play against the blue and sun. I love clouds and I like your capture! |

This sky was "breathtaking", and the shot is as wide as I could go with this lens! (At a 1.5 crop factor.)

| September 15, 2011 @ 11:40pm | I'm with Donald on this: my first thought in looking at it was, "Wow! April hitched a ride on the space shuttle." Of course, the shuttle isn't flying anymore. The layers of clouds hint at great depth. Thanks for looking up!

Quote (Tim)
Almost seems as if you can "feel" the clouds. |

That makes me very happy!

Ah-hah. I hadn't seen it that way before, and now enjoy that view too.
Peter, you've nudged me to try a large print. This is one I might like to wake up to on the wall across from our bed.
