| Mayfly | April 14, 2012 @ 11:43pm | This is a captive mayfly I raised from a nymph. I raised several and all of them flew away before I could get a picture except for this one. This one was still drying its wings on the end of a stick that I had provided as a way for them to climb out of the water. The background behind the mayfly was cluttered so I placed a dandelion behind the mayfly for some color and contrast.
