| Mohonk Dawn | August 26, 2009 @ 9:08pm | These are taken from the mountaintop at Mohonk Mountain in New Paltz, NY. In the first two, what looks like water is actually fog in the valley. The third is the mountainhouse resort.

| August 26, 2009 @ 11:16pm | Very nice shots. Looks like you had a fun getaway. I think the second one, with the wildflowers in the foreground, could be worked a bit for more effect. If you are using Photoshop, try masking off most of the picture and intensifying the pink and blue in the sky. I think that might make a nice counterpoint to the flowers. You might also try brightening the flowers in the lower left. I think there's a lot you can do with that shot that could make it truly impressive.
